Trade Opportunities
The 7th World Ranger Congress will provide sponsors and exhibitors with valuable opportunities to:
- Network with conservation sector purchasers and policy makers
- Maintain a high profile with target markets
- Demonstrate involvement, commitment and support of the conservation sector
- Launch new products and services
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Partners are required to assist in one or more of the following ways:
- Participate in the Congress Organising Committee (usually through seconding a representative to commit some time towards participating in the committee);
- Sponsor selected rangers from Africa, or elsewhere around the world to attend the congress;
- Provide initial financial resources/down payment in order to secure venue, accommodation and the services of an event manager. Approximately $60 000 is required. These costs may be reimbursed at the end of the congress or be donated to further the work of rangers within the host region;
- Provide financial resources as sponsorship for venue, accommodation, congress tours, translators, etc., in order to reduce the overall congress cost for participants, as most rangers earn low salaries and are commonly unable to afford attending;
- Securing other partners/sponsors; and
- Provide assistance in any other form that will be of value.
As a partner you will be able to showcase your work at key sessions during the congress and all media events/coverage and your branding will be used on all congress paraphernalia.
Should you wish to partner with the PAMS Foundation with regard to hosting the 7th World Rangers Congress, please let us know as soon as possible and specify in what way/s you will likely participate.
